SBI Recruitment 2021 – Educational Qualification/ Experience: |
Educational:
- Asst. Manager: – Basic: Full-time MBA (Marketing)/Full-time PGDM or its equivalent with specialization in Marketing from Institutions recognized/approved by Govt. bodies / AICTE /UGC with Minimum marks- 60% Courses completed through correspondence/ part-time will not be eligible.
- Experience: – Minimum 3 years, post-basic qualification experience (as of 01.04.2021) in the field of marketing financial products in a Financial Institution /Company.
- Dy Manager: – MBA/ PGDM in Rural Management or MBA/PGDM in Agri-Business / Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Management/ Postgraduate in Agriculture as a full-time course from recognized Institute/ University.
- Experience: – Minimum 3 Years of Post Qualification experience in Agri-Business of Public Sector Banks/ Private Sector Banks/ NBFC, in the capacity of Executive/Supervisory role, as of 01.07.2021. Proficiency in MS Office will be an added advantage.
- All Other Posts: – B.E./ B. Tech with MBA/PGDM or equivalent degree (as full-time course) with specialization in Marketing The institute should be recognized/ approved by Govt. bodies/ AICTE.
- Experience: – Minimum 5 years of total experience as of 01.07.2021.
Out of 5 Years, 4 years of experience after completion of MBA degree should be in Supervisory/ Executive role in the field of Marketing, Customer Acquisition & Relationship Building, Business Development in the organization of repute in the BFSI, Automobile, FMCG Sector or any consumer-facing company.
While counting for a post-qualification experience of 4 Years, the period spent in training or teaching experience will not be considered. Experience in e-Commerce related areas will be preferred.
SBI Recruitment 2021 – Selection Process: |
The selection will be based on shortlisting and interviews.
- Interview: Mere fulfilling minimum qualification and experience will not vest any right in a candidate for being called for an interview. The Shortlisting Committee constituted by the Bank will decide the shortlisting parameters and thereafter, an adequate number of candidates, as decided by the Bank will be shortlisted and called for interview. The decision of the Bank to call the candidates for the interview shall be final. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
- Merit List: The merit list for selection will be prepared in descending order on the basis of scores obtained in the interview only. In case more than one candidate scores the cut-off marks (common marks at cut-off point), such candidates will be ranked according to their age in descending order, in the merit.

- Application fees and Intimation Charges (Non-refundable) are Rs. 750/- (Seven hundred fifty only) for General/ OBC/ EWS candidates and NIL for SC/ ST/ PWD candidates.
- The payment can be made by using Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Internet Banking etc. by providing information as asked on the screen. Transaction charges for online payment, if any, will be borne by the candidates.

The official will also be eligible for D.A, H.R.A/ Lease rental, C.C.A, Medical, and other allowances & perquisites as per rules in force from time to time. The total compensation per annum on the CTC basis be a minimum of 8.20 lacs and a maximum of 13.08 lacs depending on the place of posting and other factors.
