Education Qualification:-

1. Scientist C (Medical) – MBBS degree with 4 years experience or Post-Graduate Diploma in medical subjects after MBBS with 2 years experience or Post-Graduate Degree (MD/ MS/ DNB) after MBBS with one year experience.

2. Consultant (Medical) – Professionals with MD or Ph.D. with the relevant subject and published papers OR Retired Medical Officers from Govt/Govt. recognized Medical Institute.

Age Limit:

For Post 1 – The candidate’s maximum age limit should be 45 years as of the date of the Interview.

For Post 2 – The candidate’s maximum age limit should be 65 years as of the date of the Interview.

Selection Process:

The candidate’s selection will be made based on their performance in the Interview/ Written Test.

NIRT Recruitment – Education Qualification:-

1. Scientist B – The candidates should have acquired First class Master’s degree in Microbiology from a recognized university with two years of experience in Clinica/Medical Microbiology or 2nd class Master’s Degree in Life Sciences with Ph.D. in Microbiology from a recognized university with one year experience in Clinical/Medical Microbiology.

2. Project Technician III – The candidates should have acquired 12th Pass in science subjects and two years diploma in Medical Laboratory Technician or PMW or related subject or one year DMLT plus one-year required experience in a recognized organization or two years field/laboratory experience* in a Govt. recognized organization.

3. DEO – Grade B – The candidates should have acquired Intermediate or 12th Pass in science stream from a recognized board with DOEACC ‘A’ level from a recognized institute and/or 2 years experience in EDP work in government Autonomous, PSU, or any other recognized organization. A speed test of not less than 8000 key depressions per hour through the speed test.

4. Project Technician III (Laboratory Technician) – The Candidates should have acquired 12th Pass in science subjects and two years diploma in Medical Laboratory Technician or one year DMLT plus one-year required experience in a recognized organization or two years laboratory experience in Govt. recognized organization.

Age Limit:

Scientist B – Candidates’ maximum age limit should be 35 years as of the date of the Interview.

Data Entry Operator – Candidate’s maximum age limit should be 28 years as of the date of Interview.

All Other Posts – Candidates’ age limit should not be more than 30 years as of the date of the Interview.

– Relaxation in upper age will be applicable as per the Government of India Reservation Policy.

Selection Process:

The candidate’s selection will be made based on their performance in the Interview/ Written Test.
