With an excellent track record since 1973, Nainital Bank Limited is the only scheduled commercial bank in Uttarakhand with a 98.57% stake with Bank of Baroda, which operates its head office from Nainital. At present, the bank has 03 regional offices, with a network of 141 branches in 05 states of North India namely Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Haryana and Haldwani, Dehradun, and Noida in Rajasthan.

Nainital Bank Recruitment – Education Qualification –
Graduation (Any Discipline) with 50% marks from a recognized University or AICTE approved Institute. Candidates having Graduation/ Post Graduation with Specialization in Marketing & Sales will be given preference.
Desired Experience: Proficiency in Computer Operations and knowledge of Hindi & English languages are essential.
Selection Process –
Selection will be made based on their performance in Interview & Written Test.

B.E. / B.Tech. (with Computer Science/ IT) / Post Graduate in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ MCA from a recognized University/ Institute with minimum 60% marks.
Desired Experience: Minimum -2- years’ in IT-related projects in any Commercial Bank with particular reference to the FINACLE platform.

Pay Scale:
Risk Officer G/S-II – Rs. 31705-1145/1-32850-1310/10-45950 plus Special Allowance @ 7.75% of Basic Pay + Dearness Allowance thereon (under revision at Industry level). CTC would be approx. Rs. 9.00 lacs per annum.
All Other Posts – Pay Scale of Rs. 23700 -980/7- 30560- 1145/2- 32850- 1310/7- 42020 plus Special Allowance @ 7.75% of Basic Pay + Dearness Allowance thereon (under revision at Industry level). CTC would be approx. Rs. 7.00 lacs per annum.
Nainital Bank Recruitment Selection Process:
Shortlisted candidate’s selections will be made based on their performance in written tests, Group discussions, and interviews.
– No TA / DA will be possible for the candidates who participate in the written examination and interview.
