Applications are invited for the under-mentioned vacancies from the candidates for Apprentice Training and possess the requisite qualification as mentioned against each trade. The candidates who have passed prior to the year 2019, should attach an Affidavit on Non-judicial stamp paper duly attested by Magistrate or Notary Public to the effect that they have neither undergone Apprenticeship Training earlier nor have taken employment anywhere.

Hindustan Copper Limited Recruitment 2021 – How to Apply:
- The Applications as per format below are complete in all respect along with copies of certificates/documents with original & 2 extra passport size photograph self-attested should be submitted in the Office of Dy. Manager (HR), Taloja Copper Project, E33-36, MIDC, Taloja – 410208 latest by 20/10/2021.
- Candidates shall ensure that the Application form is neatly filled and all the documents are attached. Application with incomplete information and/or not accompanied with the following documents are liable to be rejected and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
- True copies of all certificates/mark sheets/testimonials regarding age, qualifications, caste.

- The maximum age limit is 25 years as of 1st Sep 2021.
- The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (OBC with Valid Non-Creamy Layer Certificate), and 10 years for Persons with Disability (PWD) candidates.
- Candidates belonging to SC/ST /OBC (Non-creamy layer) categories shall enclose the certificate issued by the competent authority in the prescribed format.
- The cutoff date for eligibility criteria i.e. age, qualification, etc – 1st Sep 2021

Note:
Application received late will not be considered.
- The stipend will be paid as admissible under the rules. Training shall be for the duration of 1 year.
- After completion of the training, the apprenticeship will be terminated and there will be no obligation on HCL to offer any employment to the apprentice on completion of the period of Apprenticeship training in Hindustan Copper Limited Recruitment 2021.
- Selections for engagement of Apprentices would be based on written tests.
- At any stage of the selection process, if it is found that the candidate has furnished false or incorrect information then the candidature/ engagement of the candidate is liable to be canceled.
The decision of the Management will be final and binding on all candidates on all matters relating to eligibility, acceptance or rejection of the applications, mode of selection, cancellation of the selection process, etc. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard.

Minimum Qualification and Experience:
ITI (Electrician) with 4 years experience / NCVT (Electrician) with 3 years experience.
Experience should be in a large mechanized mine/process industry in the repair and maintenance of electrical equipment / in the operation, repair, and maintenance of switch gears, control panel, etc. in sub-stations, transmission distribution systems.

Maximum 35 years as of 01.06.2021.
(i) The maximum age limit is 35 years as of 01/06/2021 for General Candidates.
(ii) The maximum age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST candidates & 3 years for OBC (Non-creamy
layer) candidates.
Hindustan Copper Limited Recruitment 2021 – Mode of Selection:
- The mode of selection shall be through a written test followed by Trade Test. Written Tests shall be held in the form of multiple-choice questions. Successful candidates in the written tests shall further go for Trade Test.
- The candidates, who secure minimum pass marks of 35% for SC/ST candidates and 40% for others in written tests, shall be called for trade test in the ratio of 1:3 of the vacancies.
- The weightage of the written test and trade test will be 80% and 20% respectively. The final merit list will be made based on an aggregate of written test and trade test marks.

Candidates belonging to the General, OBC& EWS category are required to pay the non-refundable application fee of Rs. 500/- (Rupees five hundred) by means of Demand Draft drawn in favor of HINDUSTAN COPPER LIMITED payable at Malanjkhand. However, the application fee for SC/ST & Ex-servicemen category is not applicable.
Last date of receiving duly filled in applications:
The last date of receipt of application is on or before 15/07/2021 up to 05:00 PM. For Posts 01 & 02 – Candidates should have passed the 10th / Matric exam under the 10+2 system of education or its equivalent.
For All Other Posts – Candidates must have passed the 10th / Matric exam under the 10+2 system of education or its equivalent & ITI passed in the concerned trade from an institute recognized by NCVT.
Age Limit:
Candidates’ minimum age limit should be 18 years & maximum age limit 30 years as on cut-off date.

Hindustan Copper Limited Recruitment – Selection Process:
Candidates will be selected on the basis of merit based on the marks obtained in ITI and the 10th standard. The weightage of 30% marks in respective trades in ITI and 70% weightage will be given for marks obtained in the 10th board. In the case where no ITI is required [eg in trades of Mets (Mines) and Blasters (Mines)], 100% weightage will be given for the marks scored in the 10th board. Additional 10 bonus points will be given to the dependents of existing employees of HCL / KCC. If two or more candidates score the same marks while preparing the merit list, then the old candidate will be considered.
Physical Fitness – Engagement of selected Trade Apprentices is subject to the company being declared medically fit as per the requirement of HCL.
