Andhra Pradesh Postal Circle has displayed a notification for the posts of Branch Post Master/ Assistant Branch Post Master/ Gramin Dak Sevak (GDS) vacancies. Interested and eligible candidates can submit their application form online on or before the last date 26th February 2021.

Vacancy Details(पदों का नाम और संख्या ):Posts Name:- Gramin Dak Sevak/ BPM/ ABPM AGE LIMIT (आयु सीमा):-Candidates minimum & maximum age limits respectively as of 27/01/2021 is given below:- Minimum:- 18 years NOTE:- Permissible relaxation in the Upper age limit for different categories are as under:- SC/ ST – 5 Years EDUCATION QUALIFICATION(शैक्षणिक योग्यता):-Candidates should have passed 10th/ Matriculation from a recognized Board/ Institute. The candidate should have studied the local language at least up to the 10th standard [as compulsory or elective subjects] as declared by the State Government or as per constitutional provisions relating to the 8th schedule of the Constitution of India. Application Fee(आवेदन शुल्क):-Applicant belonging to the category UR/OBC/EWS Male has to pay a fee of Rs.100/- (Rupees one hundred only) for each set of five options. Payment of the fee is exempted for all female candidates, all SC/ST candidates, and all PwD candidates. Andhra Pradesh Postal Circle – Age Criteria:-
Candidates applying for Gramin Dak Sevaks posts should be at least age and age of 18 years and above should be 40 years as of 25/04/2018.
– Upper age relaxation will be applicable for the OBC category 3 years, 5 years for ST/ SC, and 10 years for PH category candidates. and other relaxations will be applicable as per Indian Govt Rules.
Education Criteria:-
Candidates should have passed 10th/ Matriculation from a recognized Board/ Institute. No pressure for candidates for higher education. The 10th class examination in the first attempt will be treated as meritorious against those passed compartmentally. candidate should have computer knowledge and will be required to furnish the basic computer training certificate for at least 60 days from a recognized Computer Training Institute.
Selection Criteria:-
Gramin Dak Sevak posts selection will be done as per the automatically generated merit list as per the rules based on the candidates’ online submitted applications.
