Age Limit:
The candidate’s age limit should be between 18 years to 25 years.
– Relaxation in upper age will be applicable as per Center Govt Rules.
S. No — Category — Age Limit:-
(1.) Gen (UR) — 18 years to 25 years.
(2.) OBC — 18 years to 28 years.
(3.) SC/ST — 18 years to 30 years.
Note – Ex-servicemen – Actual service rendered in Army/Navy/Air Force shall be deducted from the actual age as on the closing date of receipt application and resultant age should not exceed the prescribed maximum age by more than three years in respective category and eligibility should be as “Person retired from Army/Navy/Air Force or person with valid NOC”. (attested copies of discharge certificate should be enclosed with applications).

For the Tradesman Mate candidates should have qualified Secondary Exam/ Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized board.
Physical Test:
Race – 1500 meter (1.5 KM) – Maximum 06:30 minutes.
For the Tradesman Mate candidates will be carried a weight of 50 kgs to a distance of 200 meters in 100 seconds.

Candidates’ selection will be made based on skill/trade physical test.
Medical Test:
The next step of successful candidates in the physical fitness test and physical measurement test will be the medical examination. Candidates should not have knock-knee, flat foot, or squint-eyed, and they should not be color blind. Varicose vein shall be considered a temporary disqualification. They must be in good mental and bodily health.
