RECPDCL has displayed 10 seats for Executive Engineer, Dy. Executive Engineer, Executive posts on purely Fixed Tenure basis. Post 1 – The candidates should have acquired B. Tech/ B.E. (Electrical/ Electronics & Communication) full-time regular programme from a recognized Institute/ University approved by AICTE with 1st Division or equivalent CGPA.
Desirable experience – Minimum 10 years of Post Qualification Executive Experience in Erection /Commissioning & Testing of Transmission lines (EHV)& Substations.
For Post 2 – The candidates should have acquired B. Tech/ B.E. (Civil) full-time regular programme from a recognized Institute/ University approved by AICTE with 1st Division or equivalent CGPA.
Desirable experience – Minimum 10 years of Post Qualification Executive Experience in Civil works of EHV Substation, Transmission Lines, Control room Building etc.
For Post 3 – The candidates should have acquired a Graduate with CA from Institute of Chartered Accountant of India or CMA from Institute of Cost Accountant of India.
Desirable Ex – Minimum 10 years Post Qualification Executive Experience in Tax, Accounting, Audit and Accounts Finalisation, analysis of financial reports, preparation of financial reports etc.
Post 4 – The candidate should have acquired Full-time MBA(HR) from recognized university/ institute approved by AICTE with 1st Division or equivalent CGPA.
Experience – Minimum 10 years Post Qualification Executive Experience in Recruitment, Training, Policy Management, Performance Appraisal, Compliance with various strategic requirements, Administrative work and Procurement etc.
For All Posts – Candidates age limit should be between 35 years to 38 years as on 31/12/2018.
– Relaxation in upper age will be applicable as per Government of India Reservation Policy.
Shortlisted candidates selection will be made based on their performance in personal interview.
